Ingredients:
- 1.3 kg, chicken, cut into medium pieces, washed and drained
- 2” ginger, thick small cubes
- 9 garlic cloves, thick round pieces
- 7 green chillies, thick round pieces
- 1 tsp, ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chilly garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp bafat powder
- 1 soup cube
- 1⁄2 cup oil
Method:
Marinade the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, chilly garlic sauce, corn flour, eggs and bafat powder.
Take a wok, add oil and fry ginger garlic and green chilies till you catch the aroma of the ingredients. Drain these from the oil and keep aside.
In the same oil, on low flame, add the soup cube and melt it. Add the marinaded chicken pieces and keep on high flame, stirring continuously till the marination has coated the chicken pieces.
Now keep the flame on very low and cover the wok till the chicken is cooked. Once the chicken is done, dish out chicken in the serving dish and garnish with the fried ginger garlic and green chilies and serve.
